My Christmas List
Is dissolving the Federal Reserve too much to ask?
Here is a list and I’ve checked it twice,
Of the agencies that are not so nice!
From waste to sheer abandonment
Every day we are spending a mint…
So please Santa, hear my plea,
Let’s get rid of bureaucracy!
The American people have repeatedly shown they perform better than their own government. Returning taxpayer dollars to the hands of the taxpayer will ease the economic hardships brought on by the Biden administration, as well as pave the way for more ingenuity and direct access to funds. Below is my Christmas list of the federal programs and agencies that should be scrapped this year:
NIH
1600 active NIH grants in Africa, the $75M NIH Common Fund's Harnessing Data Science for Health Discovery and Innovation in Africa (“DS-I Africa”), South American transsexual HIV studies and H3Africa divert American health funds from treating syphilis, measles and tuberculosis outbreaks in Baltimore and Chicago.
Illegals have brought highly infectious diseases with them into cities like Chicago, where a 5-year-old died in a migrant shelter from tuberculosis in April 2024. The lack of border quarantine facilities and NIH staff avoiding quarantine rules for illegals should be investigated.
$3.8 million dedicated to studying COVID “misinformation” should be returned to the taxpayer.
CDC COVID-19
The CDC should reimburse all American taxpayers for the $38 million that was disbursed to dead Americans, in 2023.
Dr. Fauci’s $15 million security detail should be returned to the taxpayer.
Dr. Fauci and his team should issue public apologies and prepare themselves for litigation, for spreading lies about COVID-19, including imposing vaccine mandates with experimental vaccines and mask mandates.
EPA
The electric vehicle mandate should be scrapped since the atmospheric carbon levels assessed by the EPA ignore the impact from smoke shops and marijuana legalization. Growing just one ounce of marijuana emits more carbon than burning a full tank of gas.
With recent developments in mining technology and mining robots, veins of anthracite should be reopened in Central Pennsylvania.
Wetlands protection and restoration should be doubled with tax revenue from marijuana, alcohol, soda, glyphosate and plastic bottle manufacturers.
FEMA
FEMA distributes funds based on Americans’ voting records. FEMA volunteer teams (“NVOAD”) have been observed stealing from item drop-offs in North Carolina and Tennessee. Funds formerly directed to FEMA can be held by the National Guard or another group, and distributed directly to impacted Americans with teams going door-to-door, similar to how stimulus checks are distributed.
U.S. Department of Education
More than half Americans read below a 6th grade reading level, and 20% of Americans are illiterate. The United States Department of Education failed the American public in simply learning how to read and should be abolished.
NOAA & BOEM
All offshore wind leases should be terminated due not least to their probable violation of the Endangered Species Act, in killing endangered right whales.
United States Coast Guard rules should be relaxed for small fishermen and watermen, including bizarre rules like keeping leaky wetsuits on their crafts.
Dock owners can control freshwater mussel and freshwater clam growth by receiving mussel and clam bags to hang from piers and marinas.
United States Patent & Trademark Office
The Patent Trial & Appeal Board (“PTAB”) should be abolished due to its trial court in an executive agency (seemingly violating the separation of powers constitutional clause) and since some PTAB judges are married to patent examiners, risking case confidentiality.
All USPTO K-12 education events should be scrapped since the USPTO is not a kindergarten teacher.
The Patents Ombuds Office turned a blind eye to the mental health of patent examiners for years and should be removed.
Supervisory patent examiners and tech center directors should go through rigorous managerial training and be eliminated from supervisory roles if they cannot mentor their examiners.
National Park Service
All Confederate monuments and signage should be returned.
Wildlife corridors which put Americans to work, should be installed in every national park to simultaneously reduce roadkill and car insurance costs.
USAID
All programs boosting tourism in countries that aren’t America ($6 million for Egyptian tourism in 2023 etc.) should be scrapped.
Department of Homeland Security
The 5-year DEI strategic plan should be deleted, as should the DHS’ series of graphic novels, Resilience Series.
CISA still hasn’t fulfilled its organization targets from 2018 and should be abolished.
The TSA makes air travel a nightmare, was identified as high-risk for fraud by the Government Accountability Office and should be reassessed in light of other law enforcement agency presence in airports.
Small Business Administration
$200 million Shuttered Venue Operations Grant gave wealthy celebrities Post Malone, Lil Wayne, Chris Brown, and Smashing Pumpkins up to $10 million each. Nickelback received $2 million. This should be returned to the taxpayer.
Minority-owned businesses and loans should be available to all Americans.
IRS
The $400.6 million Presidential Election Campaign hasn’t been used since 2008 and should be returned to the taxpayer.
IRS targets should shift from ordinary Americans to nonprofits (Catholic Charities, Catholic Health Association of the U.S., The Red Cross) who traffick illegals across the border, in violation of their nonprofit mandates.
Medicaid/Medicare
With Medicaid/Medicare fraud amounting to over $100 billion annually, Medicaid tax receipts should be diverted to Americans who take care of and house their own elderly relatives.
Any hospital or medical professional who provides healthcare to illegals must be penalized.
The Federal Reserve
With an annual budget of $3.4 trillion, the Fed should start to pay back the national debt before making any fiscal decisions.
The Pentagon
The $35 trillion “black hole” should be returned to the taxpayer.
NPR
All federal funding to NPR should cease, in light of their biased reporting against American conservatives and their hatred of January 6th defendants.
USDA
FDA
The Office of Prescription Drug Promotion, which enables direct to consumer marketing by big pharma, should be dissolved. Direct-to-consumer (“DTC”) advertising often displays incomplete or inaccurate information and drives up healthcare costs for Americans, with advertising budgets.
Revoke all approvals for cell cultivated meat, which has heightened risks of cell-carried viruses (H5N1).
United States Commission on Civil Rights (USCCR)
USCCR states “since our founding, the Commission has served as a civil rights watchdog, and we remain committed to ensuring the civil rights of every American are protected.” This is false. When directly asked about investigating hate crimes against Christians and churches, including the targeted arson of historic St. Colman’s of West Virginia, USCCR said they weren’t interested. USCCR is highly biased and should be dissolved.
U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS)
USCIS routinely lowers the criteria of what makes a migrant a “genius” to qualify for O-1 visas, deliberately misleading the American people.
USCIS is riddled with fraud in all its visa programs, including H1B and EB-1A, and should be audited and/or dissolved.
U.S. Department of Labor
The U.S. Department of Labor must stop sponsoring illegals’ visas when Americans don’t have jobs.
U.S. State Department
Tens of millions of dollars in annual subsidies to countries who have socialized healthcare, when Americans do not, is unsupportable.
