Recently, an affidavit signed by foster mother Hadassah Feinberg surfaced on social media. Feinberg is a child rights advocate and former Pennsylvania State Police employee who left the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania after filing twelve lawsuits against various Pennsylvania public officials for what she considered to be harassment against herself and her children. Her RICO case against Governor Josh Shapiro, among others, was dismissed in October 2024 for the failure to pay court fees. Feinberg’s affidavit asserts Governor Shapiro personally enabled the assassination attempt in Butler, PA against President Trump by failing to ensure “sufficient security” at that rally. In August 2023, Governor Shapiro signed a multimillion dollar cut from the Pennsylvania State Police and their Motor License Fund allotment. This cut was Governor Shapiro’s first budget proposal. Under Governor Shapiro, the Pennsylvania General Assembly capped the amount the Pennsylvania State Police could receive from the Motor License Fund, which obtains revenue from transportation charges, including the Pennsylvania gas tax, vehicle registration fees and driver license fees. More budget cuts affecting Butler, PA include the Butler County District Attorney’s lack of funding to the Butler County Emergency Services Unit. Butler County Emergency Services Unit had to turn to private citizens to obtain equipment for its missions. Butler County Emergency Services Unit was the first law enforcement agency who spotted Thomas Matthew Crooks and fired at him on July 13, 2024.
The District Attorney responsible for refusing Butler County Emergency Services Unit’s funding requests is Richard Goldinger. Additionally, despite the serious nature of the allegations made by Feinberg, Goldinger declined to pursue Feinberg’s private criminal complaint. In a letter dated August 22, 2024, Goldinger acknowledged receipt of her complaint but cited ongoing investigations by various government agencies as the reason for his disapproval.
Christopher Paris is the commissioner of the Pennsylvania State Police and was appointed by Governor Josh Shapiro to that role. Paris is a graduate of the 267th session of the Federal Bureau of Investigation National Academy, graduating on March 17, 2017. There is an FBI office in Philadelphia District Attorney (“DA”) Larry Krasner’s jurisdiction. Krasner openly defies President Trump’s executive orders and insists any law enforcement member who complies with such executive orders is a Nazi. In June 2024, a few weeks before the assassination attempt on President Trump, Krasner called Trump “racist” and insisted Trump was trying to destroy him:
Reform prosecutors’ antagonists (including Donald Trump, Matt Gaetz, Jim Jordan, and Josh Hawley) know that we reform prosecutors are helping to effectively dismantle the carceral, racist, and unduly frightened culture that sustains them, which is why they spend so much time trying to destroy us.
Hungarian billionaire and open borders advocate George Soros dumped $1.7 million into Larry Krasner’s 2017 DA campaign via multiple donations. Soros spent five times the amount Krasner himself did, and Soros’ donations comprised 30% of Krasner’s campaign total. “F— the FOP [the Fraternal Order of Police]” and “No good cops in a racist system!” Those are the sayings supporters of Krasner chanted at his election-night victory two years ago. Did he tell them to stop? No. Instead, he smiled approvingly.
Soros also donated $760,000 directly to Josh Shapiro’s campaign for Pennsylvania governor, and $150,000 to Turn PA Blue. In June 2024, Governor Shapiro echoed Krasner’s sentiments, by stating Republicans who support Trump are “profoundly and pathetically weak people”. In March 2024, George Soros’ son Alex met with Governor Shapiro and called him a star of “American politics”. In January 2024, Alex Soros insisted to Davos attendees that Trump would end up in prison. By January 2025, Alex Soros darkened on Trump, stating:
Trump represents everything we don’t believe in…I hope Marx was right…
Marx in 1848 via “The Victory of the Counter-Revolution in Vienna,” Neue Rheinische Zeitung No. 136:
there is only one way in which the murderous death agonies of the old society and the bloody birth throes of the new society can be shortened, simplified and concentrated, and that way is revolutionary terror.
The Soros family also focused on the re-election of Senator Bob Casey in 2024, who lost to Republican Rep. McCormick. Casey was seen shaking hands with Zelenskyy in September 2024 after Zelenskyy was hosted by the Pennsylvania government at the taxpayer’s expense. In September 2024, Governor Shapiro signed bombs meant for Russians alongside Zelenskyy.
With the FBI investigating Thomas Matthew Crooks, it is unlikely we will ever see relevant details which could connect Crooks to these players in Pennsylvania politics. Perhaps Crooks, one of his close friends or family members was influenced by Krasner’s no cash on bail prison reform, which saw thousands of formerly incarcerated released from Philly jails.
There is one contention by Feinberg I can verify, and that is the corruption of the Pennsylvania Department of State. In 2023, I filed a complaint against the University of Pennsylvania HUP for malfeasance by Dr. Katharine E. Secunda I personally witnessed. Per 49 PAC 16.61(6):
Practicing the healing arts fraudulently, or with reckless indifference to the interests of a patient on a particular occasion, or with negligence on repeated occasions
is considered unprofessional conduct.
Dr. Secunda lied about the time spent with her patients (2 hours versus 20 minutes) at UPENN HUP. She denied a nutritional/calorie drip to a woman who was identified as “wasting” in late April 2023. This denial was “practicing the healing arts fraudulently, or with reckless indifference to the interests of a patient”. On May 7th Dr. Secunda wrote "I devoted my full attention in the ICU to the direct care of this patient for the amount of time (70 minutes) indicated above. " This was a blatant lie (fraud). By May 7th, after weeks in the hospital, Dr. Secunda encouraged patient death, writing "I affirm that this patient is critically ill" when the patient entered the facility very much alive. On May 12th 2023 Dr. Secunda affirmed her wishes for patient death, writing "…time at home might be very short". Such an attitude is reflected in Dr. Secunda’s X account which states she is “passionate… about end of life care in the ICU”. So, to be clear, this doctor is “passionate” about ending lives.
When I reported Dr. Secunda’s conduct to the Pennsylvania Department of State, I was stonewalled. First the agency, which falls under Governor Shapiro’s tutelage, tried to dismiss the investigation entirely by not having enough “records”. Then in February 2024, the agency tried to act as the attorney for the University of Pennsylvania HUP and claimed the investigation couldn’t proceed due to “attorney-client privilege”! Pennsylvania law prohibits this entirely. According to the Department of State website, it is to “protect the public”, not to represent individual doctors across Pennsylvania. After I refuted this nonsense argument, the investigation continued, but was ultimately halted in February 2025. The reason:
In order for a citation to be written, the surveyor must observe the practice or be able to prove from the documentation in the record, or from interviews with staff and others that deficient practice had existed.
While I had repeatedly proved the “practice” (and lack thereof) from “the documentation in the record”, the Pennsylvania Department of State ignored this. Based on this investigation alone, I can confirm Feinberg’s assertion Shapiro and his team “obstruct criminal investigations”.
